Root ice cream 4.0

Can anyone help me if there is any way i can get ice cream 4.0 cause my firmware is still at 2.2 and i have 2.6 kernel version and im tierd of being behind lol

If you've rooted already and have Clockworkmod recovery, you can go right to flashing to ICS, if you aren't rooted yet, please update to 2.3.5 (Gingerbread) before you proceed.
