Help ICS latest 4.0.4 update SD-Card apps shortcuts issue

Hello everyone,
After the latest update everything is much better,
Better battery, more ram available, faster everything.
I got one annoying issue, after every restart, shortcut icons of apps that are installed on the sd-card are
disappearing, placing them on the home screen again everything is fine until next restart.

Did anyone else had this issue?
How could this be solved?

Solved by installing Go launcher EX. Couldn't figure any other solution. I did it because I found elsewhere that this is the launcher issue and that installing a third launcher will solve the issue.
