ICS Update for Verizon Razr

Its not coming today. It was never actually scheduled to be released today. Once we start seeing reports of soak test emails then we will know approx when to expect it.

If u love GB on the RAZR, ICS is 5 times better.
It's so much smoother and cleaner.
Verizon has confirmed that there is no update today per twitter. The said its not in the immediate future so no update anytime soon.
Don't know what's the hold up I'm running leak .209 and I see little to no bugs. I think VZ is waiting for the new phones come out so we can buy them and sign up for 2 more year's. They know if our RAZRs get ICS then we might hold on to them a little longer.

I've been on .75 for a couple months now and there are very few bugs at that stage of the build. I'm thinking big red is holding off until they can sell a few thousand of their newest next big thing before they release the upgrade, if they do it at all. I'm getting pretty sick of their games, I might go to another carrier if I can find one that wants to take my five lines over and treat me the way a customer should be treated instead of handing unfinished products to them.
Before anyone fires up their flamethrower, I have been a verizon customer for many years and this is just another in a long string of empty (albeit rumor-based) promises. I also got suckered into buying a blackberry storm in a previous life. How's that for a fine kettle of excrement?

It's simple with Verizon. They will not send out ICS to the older phones until all their summer models with ICS come out. And they will hold out releasing most of the newer models until after June 28th when their new family plans kick in. There is no doubt in my mind Verizon has been sitting on ICS for the Razr for months. That is their modus operandi.
