im new to the sight and the inspire

i just bought a preowned inspire the other day and i have straight talk
i can browse the net send messages but i cant send a pic message
i was able to send 1 pic and now i cant send any pics

My first smartphone was an Inspire. Try turning on data and then try sending a pic and see if that works.
