Root im stuck on the clockworkmod recovery

I have no clue what to do

ok first,is this clockworkmod as in custom recovery you installed or stock. many call stock clockworkmod for some reason. if its the actual clockworkmod,then good you now have a custom recovery,you need to use clockworkmod first to backup your current rom. once thats done,download a rom of your choice (primoc cdma) roms listed as primou are for gsm htc one v's. you can try out slimbean cdma if you like. place it and gapps on your sdcard and boot into clockworkmod and first install the rom,then the gapps,now boot phone into fastboot usb and flash the boot.img in the rom,reboot phone and enjoy the rom.


if you are stuck in stock recovery,you need to boot phone in to fastboot mode and flash a recovery that is not stock then install a rom..

I get the recovery from htc one v all in one kit 1.0 I think I need 2.1 but I cant find a good download

twrp is a far better recovery and is touch screen. i suggest it vs hunting down cwm links.
