Help Imbeded videos playing in video player??

When I click to watch a imbeded video on a web page, it opens the video in "video player"

however, i can't find that app in the app drawer.

does anyone know how to disable this feature so you can play imbeded videos on the web page without opening them in video player?

okay i just realized is that maybe this is b/c the nexus doesn't come with flash support?

Flash videos on Twitch tv aren't working for me. Seems like the update broke flash for other (non-ICS) phones too.
