Accidentally dropped my phone into water. I pulled it out and dried it off as much as I could, took out the SIM card and removed the back. It's now sitting in a bag of rice by the vent in my laptop.
I have two main questions:
1. Where are the water damage indicators? I've been looking for them and I can't find them
2. Is it really impossible for me to remove the battery? Every "wet phone" instruction list I've found has said to remove it.
