Help Inspire + Exchange mail = non working hyperlinks

Hey guys, quick question.

My boss has his Exchange set up on his Inspire, but any links that are sent to him are not clickable. Any information as to what I could do to help him make his links clickable? I haven't seen anything in the settings that I can do for him.

by click-able, do you mean when he clicks on the webpage link a window opens and nothing happens

or

the blue hyperlink isnt click-able at all?

my exchange server wont let me send links or let me do some stuff you think would be easy to do.

It's not blue and not clickable at all.

Strange... I haven't had an issue with ANY emails coming through on my Exchange account. Could it be something from the side of the Exchange server?

No problem for me either. Have you tried using a third party app like touchdown?
