Insufficient strage for apps

I am getting this error trying to install an app. Checking it, it shows I have 125mb free. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Also, I have this great app called Mega Player. Its a video downloader with a browser. Can download most any video off internet. However, It is now taking up 600MB, and shows that 99% of that is from Data, not the app itself. I DONT want to clear all the data, as it contains browsing history and cookies, and the app does not have a way to delete them from inside the app. Does anyone know of a way to manually scrub apps to delete only SOME of the data?

Just don't move any apps that you are using widgets with as the widget will not work from the sd card.

Moved the 600MB file to SD card. Still shows that I have only 100 or so MB free space.

It is probably the cache me ory which I believe can be wiped from stock recovery. Let me look around because it has been a while since I played with my droid 1 to see how to get into recovery.

Im just hoping there's some way to get into the app storage, and selectively wipe sections of an app (Like browser history in a browser app)

I think it is all or nothing as far as wiping data in an app.
