internal storage is wrong

i just bought a Chinese phone, which copies the galaxy note 8.0

it has two memories:

internal storage:
which says that
total space is 9.87GB
Available 868MB
Apps 119 MB
Cashed data 14.21MB

i don't know where are the rest 8GB ???

and i just did a factory reset and it says the same..

should i replace it or return it .. or this problem can be fixed ?

If you can return it for a refund, I would. The tab either doesn't have enough storage space for an almost 9GB system, or they're lying to you, and it doesn't really have 9GB of storage space. It may claim to be a copy of the Note 8, but what it is, is a kinda-sorta copy. They kinda-sorta have kinda-sorta the same stuff as the 8 ... kinda-sorta. About the only good thing about it it is that it's cheaper than the 8.

Yeh given what it is, Almost certain it's lying. 1GB would be more likely.
