Got a brand new Samsung Galaxy Note II last week. I haven't been able to make any successful phone calls ie people cannot hear me speak! S Voice picks up my voice, voice memo picks up my voice, software has been updated and has Jellybean, internet works, wifi works, everything works. Except no one can hear me speak.
Now in the process of returning it to Kogan and getting a replacement. Just thought I'd mention this issue as we haven't had any luck in finding the problem. Will further advise if replacement unit works ok.
