Help Is my phone broken?

So I flashed a rom and had my stock HTC one v rom ( the one that is on the phone straight out of the box. And my phone turn on perfectly but after a minute or two in cuts off and restarts. How can I fix this?

The first step is to go into recover, do a factory reset, wipe the cache partition and wipe dalvik cache, restart. If that doesn't get it, you need to restore your stock ROM via nandroid backup.

Edit: BTW, is your phone CDMA (no sim card) or GSM (uses a sim card)?
