Is Shadowgun THD a good game? Do you have some suggestions?

Hello everyone!

I just purchased my Google Nexus 7, and also have an iPad 3. I would like your opinions, please: I'm very interested in the game Shadowgun. In your opinions, what is the better version, Android (Shadowgun THD) or for iPad (3)?

And, regarding games which were only released for Android devices, do you have some suggestions?

If I'm not mistaken, Shadowgun was designed around Tegra 3, but made available to Tegra 2 devices as well as other non Tegra devices as well (such as the Quacomm SD and TI OMAP). Another thing to consider is that it was done with the Unity3D engine which is a really good engine which allows the game to run pretty smooth on most devices. I'm not sure how well it runs on the iPad, I'd look at the recent reviews for it in the Apple App Store. Personally, I'd get it on the device that has a bigger screen since it probably runs equally as good on both as they are both fairly new devices.

So, I chose the Nexus 7 version (THD), after read what you said, about Shadowgun have been developed with Tegra 3 devices in mind.

Enjoy that game! I was playing Shadowgun (very quietly) on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus at a juice bar yesterday, and it was quite a conversation starter. A kid's AND his dad's eyes bugged out when they saw the graphics.

After I let them both play with apps on my 7.0 Plus for a few minutes, the dad told me on the spot that he had just made up his mind to buy an Android 7' tab, rather than an iPad.

Really, I'm impressed by Nexus 7. I'm iPad user, and in the last days I'm using even more the Nexus 7 than the new iPad. ShadowGun THD is amazing. I agree: its graphics are wonderful.

I showed it to my wife, and she still very well impressed, and asked me if was that really a game or just a video...hehehe Fantastic!

And, a 7" tablet is something very good. I have never imagined that!
