Help Is there a way to have apps install by default to external SD on rooted tablet?

I have the Digiland tablet, and I rooted it last week. It has two internal storages, one being 2GB (which is the default internal storage) and another of 12GB (which only allows some data of installed apps to be moved to), and also an external micro SD. Of course, I'm running out of space and it's not letting me update or install any more apps. So, is there an app or way to make all downloads from the play store to automatically install to the secondary internal storage (the 12GB one) instead of the 2GB one?
I've attached a picture showing if it helps any. Any and all help is appreciated. I've also tried selecting the external sd option in the settings shown on the picture but it doesn't do anything.
