Is there an app or way to turn off notification sounds at a certain time of day?

Is there a way to turn off the notification sounds at a certain time of day? I hate the sound of getting e-mail at 2 in the AM and waking me up. lol I have a Telus Milestone which runs v2.0.1

Hi ColHavoc,

Another solution is to consider putting your phone in aeroplane mode while sleeping. This will stop any notifications (as nothing will come through) and also eliminates the radio waves dancing round your head while you are sleeping. As you are asleep and not using the phone it's unnecessary radiation.

Yeah, its called silent mode. U know that volume setting on your phone? It totally does that!
