they will all still work. and even if you get a new phone (with NFC) or someone else's phone (with NFC) scans the tag, it will still do what it was programmed to do.
Just remember that Verizon does not allow Google Wallet. So you'll need to do a little workaround to get that part of NFC working if you want to use it.
If I remember right the answer to your question is "it depends". The reason I say this is that there are two application types for NFC right now. Apps that "program a tag" and apps that run a program based upon a tag id.
The two apps act upon the NFC tags differently. If you have programmed your tags to do certain tasks you should NOT have an issue. If you have programmed your PHONE to do XYZ with tag id 12345 then you will have issues.

At this point I mainly use the tags to change phone settings. The only apps I use NFC tags for are Waze and Winamp (to turn them on). Everything else is just setting toggles (WiFi on/off, Bluetooth, Data, Sync, etc.). I am not interested in Google Wallet.
