Jelly Bean on Nexus S

The Nexus S forum is dead, so I'm just posting here. We heard that the update would be coming in "mid July." I'm just wondering if there is any more specific news about when we will be getting the update.

I'd like a better list of what is in Jelly Bean. From what I already have seen listed, I'm not sure I'd want or need it.

It looks much better than ICS. Way faster and more responsive. As for new features, Google Now and an overhaul of the notifications menu are the notable ones.

That's the changelog I saw - nothing there I particularly want. I don't need or want face recognition, I don't use gestures or talkback, don't use the native calendar or browser.

What about wifi and memory management? Anything new there? That, storage and how a program will run is more important than the cosmetics.

Everything I've read has said it will be this month. I hope it's soon for you, because it's totally awesome.
