JLH Need speaker mic for my Rugby.

I have a Samsung Rugby, and need a speaker mic that will work in noisy environments. I am required to wear earplugs & a hardhat so an earbud or headset is not an option. Somin makes a wireless unit similar to the remotes found on two-way radios. We're all experiencing the same probems, we simply can't hear it ring. I've tried different ringtones with no luck. That what happens when they let the office guys pick out the phones without talking to the field guys. If anybody has any sugestions let me know.

Have you tried downloading your own load ringtone? I can't hear the preloaded ones so I got my own.
