Like the title says, I just bought my Samsung Galaxy S 4g from WIND (Canadian company) a few days ago. I have this problem where I'm able to connect to wifi but moments later, the internet stops working. I'm STILL connected, but nothing seems to load up, and if I'm in the middle of a download, the download stops. My temporary fix is to disable & re-enable wifi to get it working again but again, the same problem occurs again later on. I've tried doing factory-reset but it doesn't seem to work. At first, I'm able to do alot of things, like downloading apps and stuff but then it randomly stops and i have to reset the wifi to let it work again.
IMPORTANT: The problem only occurs at my home to my knowledge. I tried downloading stuff in a public wifi access location and I don't seem to get any random wifi pauses. AND, i doubt its my home internet's problem because I've always been using wifi with my previous phone which was in fact, a pretty shitty phone. So yeah, any ideas on how to put an end to all this?
