It is the new market place app.
Looks a lot better now.

Its the new market and they made the keyboard more responsive. But thats all I know.

In my case, all of the above-mentioned, plus, I have noticed that the battery seems to last longer - I haven't tested it though - its just something I noticed. Moving between screen is more responsive. Sadly, nothing much has happened to the stock browser (which I actually like). It still lags somewhat. Hopefully, ICS will fix that.
