If you still have adb, why don't you try adb shell with root privileges and then to flash cwm recovery from adb?
If you have lost root try to use unlockrootpro from your pc. Since you can adb it, unlockrootpro will see your device.
I posted up the OTA, couple of guys say they are going to make an update.zip. That will work for the CWM recovery.
Download Flashify from the store. There is no easier way unless it just came that way. Even if the elusive update.zip is unrooted once you have CWM recovery you can just flash root.
Download CWM to your SD card. Remember where you put it. Open flashify, select that you want to flash an image. Select the past where it is and then select it. When it asks if you want to do this tell it yes and it will do all the work. That's it.
Go to the root thread, third page, little past half way down.

Better check with Doctoror, but that seems right. That's what I did.
With flashify you can make your own backup of the stock recovery and kernel if you like.
Get Doctoror's, that's what I have and the only issue I have is the bastard baseband which won't be a problem for you, nandroids don't mess with the baseband. Just don't go flashing that 410 initialization tool or you'll be here with me, waiting on some kind soul to create a update.zip
