What device do you have? It's usual to be able to turn off predictive text using stock keyboard

Hi. It's an "Elephone P6000" Android 4.4.4
It does not have predictive text as standard but I would like a keyboard that shows the numbers on top row.
All I can find that have that configuration also seem to have predictive text, which I can't stand.
Thanks for the reply.

Sorry, I don't know of such an app, not because there isn't one but I've not had the need to look. I guess you should spend some time at the play store;)

TouchPal will let you turn predictions off. I'm not sure about the numbers as a discrete row though...I don't think I've ever seen a keyboard app that does that, though it seems reasonable to believe one may exist.

If not it the current version, in the next one for sure the people at Touchpal have said that they are going to include a dedicated number row. I just can't remember which version is currently available at the Play Store.

By prediction do you mean you don't want suggestions, or just auto-correct? I have Swiftkey offer me suggestions but not auto-correct my typing. It just shows up on the suggestion row. I can choose to ignore it, or tap the word to input it, especially if I mistyped/misspelled something that Swiftkey got correctly.

If by auto-insert prediction (auto-correct) is what you wanted turned off, almost all keyboards have that option. I know of none that doesn't offer that switch.
