I have a ZEKI TBQG884B quad four.with 4.4.2 hit-kat.I was updated and lost the ability to use external memory. This is without a doubt a big goof.Has anyone can across a fix.signed,They _ucked us.

You don't lose the ability to use external storage: if it has done that then contact the manufacturer, as they messed up the update. However, what you do lose is the ability of apps to write to folders on external SD which were created by other apps. This was intended as a security feature but will break the way some apps work. There is more information on this in this thread.
There are work-arounds if you are rooted. Reverting updates isn't easy. In both chases, how you do it varies with the device, and as to be honest I've never even heard of ZEKI I do not know how to do either for that device.
