Just got the OTA to work by reverting over to a stock recovery off of CWM, waiting on the reboot now then working on getting a full system dump for those who want to work with it so they can have it. Only thing non-stock is SU.

Ok devs heres a link to the zip, its recoveryfs.img just zipped up, no kernel image as everyone can add their own unlocked boot.img in when developing against the new patches.

agree entirely jssa, on newer isnt always better. i just wanted to get it out to the community in case anyone wanted to use it. I had a hell of a time getting it to apply.
had to flip back to a stock HTC recovery to apply the OTA, then of course there was a hboot update mixed in with it, so any CWM flashable zip gave the CID incorrect error. I was saved by fastboot.exe
