Help Launcher default resets on restart

My default launcher (ADWEX) resets itself when my Galaxy Rush is turned on or restarted.
Is this happening to anyone else?
Does anyone know a way to stop this from happening?

And yes, I select always when picking my default launcher....

Still doing it and I still can't figure out why.

Odd I use apex the best fast and most customizable. Adw launcher has a bug.
