Help LG 2x shuts itself off after upgrade to 4.0.4?

After I upgrade LG 2x to ICS 4.0.4, things look great, but I found that sometime if I plug it in for charging and left it for a few hours, sometime it shuts itself off.

Anyone has this problem?
