Lg back up

Hey looking for the best way to do an entire back up of the lg stylo. I downloaded lg bridge which says it does a complete back up but when I ran it it said I needed to delete 10 plus gigs from the phone. Its not rooted and if I can I would like to avoid doing that.

Hmm, why not just do a full nandroid backup to the sdcard in TWRP?

Whoops. I missed the part of your post about your phone not being rooted. Sorry about that. I'm not familiar with LG bridge though.
