Root LG G2-AutoRec(TWRP on lollipop stock rooted)

I understand that. There's options for system, data, etc. And then there's an option for system image. I want to know what the difference is.

I have an indian D802T model with 32GB memory. Android version : stock 5.0.2 rooted. I couldn't find the autorec app for my model. please help me.

I tried the app and it said the recovery was installed. Then I switched it off and tried to start in recovery mode, the phone is stuck at LG logo. If I continue to press power button, the screen switches off and again comes back on with lg logo and is again stuck there

Try entering recovery. Key combination. If it either doesn't work then - download mode and flash kdz
When i press the vol down and power button after switching off the phone and then when the lg logo comes I release the button for a sec and then again press it the phone shuts off again. I can access download mode though

I suggest you flash the right one. Becaise d802t is Australian. Also d802t is indian..etc..find kdz on lg-firmware site(India)

HI i flashed stock kdz and then after rooting it again tried the apk you provided. Again I am facing the same issue i.e. after flashing the recovery, I try to use the vol down + power combination but the phone switches off again. Normally trying to switch on the phone results in it getting stuck at the LG logo

HI I just noticed something...after flashing the recovery from ur app I used your reboot app to reboot into recovery and it rebooted into recovery. From there I tried to reboot into the system and it got stuck at LG logo. Shoul I do something from recovery like wipe cache or something to correct this?

Yep.. managed to install cloudyg2. The trick was to boot into recovery from an app and then wipe cache and dalvik cache. Then without exiting the recovery, install the zip(any rom). Once the device reboots, the new rom will be installed without any issues along with the recovery. Haven't figured out the correct key combination for going into recovery yet.

A big thanks to bender_007 for the autorec :)

Hi a have a problem when i flash the twrp my mobile stuck in fastboot my version is f320s stock lollipop with root

Are you able to boot into recovery? try the hardware key combination(vol up/down + power). If it doesn't work flash a stock kdz for your device and then try installing the recovery again
