Hi everybody,
I'm new here, so apologies if I've posted this query in the wrong place.
I've got an unlocked LG G2 D802 that used to be on the 3 network. I'm now using it with Virgin. It's running Android version 5.0.2
Often, maybe 80% of the time, I can't get the phone to open. I swipe the screen and and the phone starts to open, for about 1 second, but then closes again. I have to turn the phone off by holding the back button in then pressing the back button again once to open the screen for a second. This allows me to quickly press the power off option. The screen goes off again and I have to press the back button to light it up and display the power off confirmation prompt. I touch that quickly before the screen goes off again, and the phone shuts down. I then turn it back on . It may work as normal then or just go back to not opening properly.
Any help anyone can give me would be much appreciated.
