Help LG G2 D802 lollipop for unlocked phone?

I have a factory unlocked LG G2 on ThreeUK. No sign of an upgrade to Lollipop from Kitkat. Three have no clue, usual service from them.
Is it being rolled out? I'd rather not root the phone to upgrade, but can't find any other way.
Can anyone help?
