Help LG G4 Touchscreen issues

Anyone else having problems with the touchscreen not registering taps? It's very frustrating, especially when trying to type. And yes, it happens with any keyboard and as far as I can tell on any app. Anyone know a fix or do I just have a bad device?
 
I had to replace my device. Screen went bad. Seems I had a lemon.

Take it to the store. The Sprint guy said to me, "I rarely see a LG device come back, this is the first one in a couple of months, but I see quite a few SGS6 returned"
 
I experienced this issue on the first phone that I had. It was pretty bad like 3 or 4 taps to make a single action. I cannot believe I went so long before I got the replacement.
