Hey man, this happened to me a few months back. It's an easy fix - but will take some time.

What you've basically done is replaced the d803"img's" with d802.
Summary:
1. Download all relevant img's as in the video.
2. Flash them using fastboot.
3. Download .tot or .kdz file for your phone
3. Enter download mode (hold Vol UP + Insert USB cable while connected to PC)
4. Install using the appropriate flash tools and you'll be good to go
