LGLG Security Error Morningcall cannot be verified?

I rooted my phone several days ago with no problems. I uninstalled "My Metro", restarted the phone, and it locked up displaying "LG Security Error Morningcall cannot be verified" The only thing I can do with my phone is charge it. Any help would be appreciated.My phone is locked.

My phone won't connect to my computer at all. The phone is frozen with the LG logo showing as it was attempting to restart. I'm having difficulty getting to Emergency Mode. When I get the phone to the "Download Mode" screen, do I download one of those links you posted onto my computer? If so which one? Sorry. This is way out of my league. What puzzles me is that the computer wont read the phone at all. Thanks so much for your help.

Download mode is just a name of a mode on the phone, it really means the phone is ready to be flashed, has nothing to do with downloading like an internet download

You download the files before you go into download mode, then you extract the files. After extracting, follow the directions. If you need further assistance, I can do it myself with a program called teamviewer. If you want me to do it, send me a message with the ID and password that the program generates after installing.

LOL See. That's the problem. I don't know what files to download. My phone has the "Download Mode" icon on the screen. It's connected to the computer, but that's about as far as I got. I have an LG Motion 4G LG-MS770. I'm stuck on what link to download. I should have never rooted my phone. Once I download the certain link or links, should the phone be able to download? As of now, it's not doing nothing but charging with the Download Mode pic on the screen. I'm probably making this harder than what it is. LOL

Download everything onto your computer, extract, install, read directions.
