Hi, I'm just wondering if the LGP990HN be unlocked to use with other networks?

Yes but you may have to spend some money to do so. Usually it costs about 5.5 Euro or so from an online shop. You can go to your local shop and have them unlock it for about 6-7 Euros as well.
