Help Locating PC Companion Restore Files

I 'repaired' my Xperia S using the Sony PC companion, and now that it's been wiped, PC companion is freezing every time I try to restore the data.
This is incredibly frustrating, since all my contacts & texts are unreachable.
I've decided to use my friend's faster computer instead, hoping that will have more success, but first I need to find & transfer the backed up file. Is this possible?

Usually general data like that is generally under either ;
Application Data. Which, may be under hidden files.

Or

Documents.
These are pure guesses though.
