Help Lock Screen Clock and Shortcuts

So, I've been trying to edit my clock on the lock screen and read there is supposed to be a option for this in the lock screen settings under "Edit clocks and shortcuts". Mine is missing this option for some reason. Is this a known issue or did I somehow unknowingly disable it? Any info on how to check would be appreciated.

Like I stated, it's not there. I know where it's supposed to be.

I believe the option is only there if you have the Swipe lock enabled

So... yesterday I don't know what I have moved or touched, the thing is I accessed some kind of screen with the shortcuts, even though I use the pattern lock screen.

How is that possible? How can I access the shortcuts from a lock screen other than the swipe one?

Using patterns, you enter the correct pattern but at the last point DO NOT release your finger, keep it touching the last point. And the shortcut apps will show
