Lock Screen Question after 2.1 change

I was wondering if there is any way to change the settings on the lock screen. After installing the 2.1 evertime there is a voicemail it pops up on the lock screen as well. The 1.5 version you could delete it off of the notifications but now you can't and it's on the lock screen as well. Thanks!
