My huwiae ascend said that it was connected to a computer and therefore locked it. I can't mount an sd card even after resetting to factory default. I can not change USB settings. I never connected it to a computer as I don't have one to do it to. Help me unlock it. My apps are on my memory card.

Can I ask how are you doing the factory data reset .

I did it on the phone through the menu back up and restore. I click where it says restore to factory settings.

It seems as of it didn't if your still locked does it say wipe or delete
