Help Lollipop 5.0.2 Question

Is there a way to disable the initial screen that appears before the PIN unlock screen shows? This is a new screen and I would like to get rid of it.

My Nexus 7 is not rooted.

Sadly I don't think there is a way to remove that screen on a stock N9 .
if you have your screen lock set to None in security you can get rid of it... But you have no security.
