$50. Best buy had them brand new for $40 but they're outta stock, so I'll be willing to pay up to $50 for used

Have you tried ebay? I just bought one for $30 with a bad esn, since I'm planning on using it as a mini-tablet. From what I've seen, used devices with a clean ESN aren't that much more expensive.
