Help Lost addresses for contacts

I had to do a factory reset and lost all my apps and a lot of my data. I have since restored most of the apps and I never did lose the photos and music. My issue is with contacts. Many but not all of them are repeated once, twice, up to six times and none of them has any address info. This is true whether I am looking at the contacts on the sim or the phone itself. Anyone have any suggestions to get the address info back? Should I join all the duplicates?

If the address info isn't there, and you never synced those contacts to Google Contacts, no.
