lost widget

just bought a zte savvy phone. It had a "power control" widget on the home screen. I some how deleted it, not sure how it was just gone. anyway to get it back or download it?
 
Assuming it wasn't one of those "tap here to buy it at the Play store" things, long-press a blank spot on the homescreen. When the menu comes up, select widgets. Look for it in there. Select it and you'll have it on the homescreen.

I did that and it is not in the "Widgets" anymore. I have no idea how or when I deleted it.
My phone is a "ZTE Savvy" android jelly bean 4.1 I think. My wife has the exact same phone, is there a way to copy the widget from here phone to mine?
