Root LTE problems

I can't find the thread everyone was talking about this in, but I'm just barely noticing that I started having problems with LTE and MMS some time after I rooted. If I don't update the profile and prl I can't send or receive MMS message and LTE becomes severely spotty, like I rarely ever see it, if ever. I don't know if it's caused by the root or moaab. What could be causing this problem?
 
OK so I tried reinstalling SuperSU and I tried restoring my hosts file and still no go. Could it be an app that I deleted/uninstalled?
 
It's an issue with certain ad blocking apps. I had the same problem with AdBlock Plus, I think it has something to do with the way they handle their hosts file. Switch to AdAway, you'll have no problems with them.
 
I don't have an ad blocking app. Like I said I restored the hosts file, I use moaab. So it's not an ad blocking problem unless there's something else I should do besides restore the file.
 
If you don't know what it is you probably don't have it, so it's probably not the problem. Unless, did you install another ad blocking app?
