Help M919 OH3 Update on Kies?

I just picked up a NIB T-Mobile S4 M919 running 4.4.4. I was having a tough time simply connecting to a PC, I figured that issue out and in my attempt to figure that out I downloaded KIES . When connecting it up to KIES there is a ~1.6GB Firmware update OH3 that is available? I don't see any mention of this when I search for it?
I don't see where the M919 has received Android 5.0 or is this the 5.0 upgrade? Stay away for now?

Thanks, just seemed like an awful large update for an existing OS? Is there a discussion on what this particular OH 3 update included?
