I'm been having internal memory issues with my htc chacha.
I tried a factory reset once, suffered losing all my texts and contacts, and after a month, I have the issue again.
Now even when I've removed all my installed apps, whatsapp etc, I keep clearin app caches but something's still eating my memory. I don't get it.
I don't want to delete my text messages so they're still there.
I've tried looking through threads here but since I'm not techy at all I don't get what to do. Could somebody please guide me step by step on how to fix this issue? I'd really appreciate it.
