Why does my phone lose memory as time progresses. I'm not adding apps, pics, music..... I'm losing the non-micro SD memory. Its as though something is slowly filling it with junk that I cant clear.

Are you talking about RAM memory or physical storage space?

Any running app will use up ram. So you may see lower amounts of RAM at any given time. This is fine and normal. Android does a good job of managing apps/memory.

If you are indeed talking about storage space, the only thing I can think of off hand would be app cache and app data. They may be taking up some of your storage space. So while you are not adding a new app, an existing app or apps may be using up additional storage space.

You may try an app such as App Cache Cleaner and see if it frees up some space.

When apps update, they typically get larger. Also, many apps accumulate large cache storage (often unnecessarily). There's not much you can do about growing app size, unless you have the option to uninstall updates. However, there are many good cache cleaning apps available on Google Play - check them out. If you prefer, you can also clear cache manually. Go into Settings > Manage apps > All. Next, press the Menu key and select Sort by size. The largest memory hogs will be listed at the top. Go through each one and Clear cache.
