I have S6 Edge phone with android 5.1.1 installed on. I would like to hear only a sound notification when my phone receives a SMS, no content show neither on locked screen nor on top of unlocked screen. I examined all combinations of settings with no success. Is there anyway to do this? In iOS I used to do so like piece of cake.

it should be possible if you block the app from showing on the lock screen, when you get a sms long press and it and you will see an i icon click it and you should see an option to block on lock screen
