Message Tones

Hi, I just got the Rush. First time smartphone user. (I know, I must have been raised by wolves.) I can change my ring tone but can not upload and customize my message tone. it won't give me the option to create one and use one that I downloaded. Can anyone help me with this?? Thanks so much

Your phone's mp3 player or music player in your phone can. If you have your mini sd card in your phone with stored music songs, rings tones. Go to your music player pick a tone or song and press page button on the bottom of your phone it's the one on the left. Click SET AS it willgive you a choice of CONTACT, PHONE RING TONE, NOTIFICATION. Then when you go to your settings sounds it's on the list of tones. For some reason you got to go to your music player. You can also get the app ZEDGE from the app store within your phone. You can also download and set that way. I have LIPS OF A ANGEL as my ring tone.
