Seriously. I don't see the little star after the "Any". Aren't you supposed to indicate if you are going to use the "Fine Print"? Is there a line between false advertising and just flat out lying?

it say "get one free" not
"get a second of the same phone free"
or "get one of equal or less value for free".


it is pretty bad though how none of the metro sales reps know the rules of the deal.

The fine print that I red said something like "qualifying phones only" or something to that affect. Which included old flip phones and just regular "dumb" phones

I have to agree with the OP, it is misleading. When I first saw that ad, I thought to myself "I bet that doesn't include the Indulge though." lol And of course I was correct, but still, misleading nonetheless...
