i ended up figuring it out by accident ...instead of flashing cm11 unofficial right after i formatted ..
i rebooted recovery..and to my surprise(i knew i saw it somwhere ..but,it's not an option in the TWRP menu (that i could find) .....)...TWRP asked if i wanted to reroot ..because it noticed i needed it
so...since then ..i've been root rollin ...
